Due to our high level achievement in trading business and our development plan, we, herewith change the English name “Grand Group Corporation” and rename to “GRG” hereafter referred as “Grand Resources Group Co., LTD”. The new name is more appropriate for our current operating situation and has a great scalability in the future.

This is just a “minor” name change without any different of the Company. And the Chinese Name remains the same.
